ABOUT ATHLETIC MEDICINE CONSULTING

Our Experience

With more than 60 years of combined experience leading NCAA Division I sports medicine programs, our consultants bring a depth of knowledge that few organizations can match. Having served in executive leadership roles overseeing athletic training, physician services, sports nutrition, mental health, risk management, insurance operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, we understand the complex challenges facing today's athletic departments. Our experience spans building high-performing healthcare teams, implementing medical models, developing clinical and operational policies, managing healthcare budgets, and navigating the evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.

Our Approach

Because we have lived the realities of providing care in Division I athletics, we offer practical, experience-driven solutions rather than theoretical recommendations. We partner with institutions to evaluate their current sports medicine operations, identify opportunities for improvement, enhance healthcare delivery, optimize staffing structures, strengthen risk management practices, and align programs with industry best practices.

Why Us?

Whether an institution is seeking a comprehensive program assessment, transitioning to a medical model, improving operational efficiency, or planning for future growth, we provide trusted guidance grounded in decades of proven leadership and success.
